Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define standards for future-proof development practices.
- Mentor senior engineering staff on strategic planning, innovation, and technical leadership.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast technology trends and competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related fields.
- Strong background in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems integration.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives for a major horizon year or long-term planning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive decision-making in dynamic environments.
