Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to define key product milestones, deliverables, and technological innovations for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Technical Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable software systems that align with future market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership to translate business goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep analysis of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs to drive product differentiation.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate new technologies (e.g., AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to integrate into the core product ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and resources for ambitious projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Architecture, or Strategic Planning within the technology sector.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product strategies with a focus on future growth.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development life cycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML integration.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence cross-functional groups without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate uncertainty.
