Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Initiative product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation microservices architectures.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols for the 2026 platform.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable databases, and high-availability architectures.
