Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, secure, and innovative system architectures that support emerging technologies such as AI Agents and Quantum Computing.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Research, evaluate, and pilot cutting-edge technologies (Web3, Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their viability for enterprise integration.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Infrastructure Modernization: Oversee the transition from legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native environments.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Trend Analysis: Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
