We are looking for a strategic thinker who can manage complex financial tasks while supporting our broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions within established budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
