Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance full-stack solutions that can scale to meet future demands.
- Lead Technical Vision: Drive the technical roadmap, making critical decisions on tech stacks, frameworks, and infrastructure to align with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and improve application performance, reducing latency and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Cloud & DevOps: Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies using modern cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on web technologies.
- Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Proficiency: Strong command of server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Go) and RESTful APIs.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Database Skills: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
