Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices to support long-term business goals.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve application speed, efficiency, and user experience.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth, reliable deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Full Stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform services.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues and design efficient algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
