Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs using modern technologies.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing codebases and refactor them for improved speed, stability, and maintainability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy applications on AWS/Azure/GCP with a focus on CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and propose strategic improvements to the tech stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a high-scale environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with strong experience in React or Vue.js.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform services.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
