Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take ownership of key components of our platform, drive technical decisions, and mentor a team of high-performers. You will work closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver products that delight our users.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead architecture reviews and contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and implement them efficiently.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
