About The Role:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and content creators. You will own the SEO roadmap, optimize our digital footprint, and ensure our brand remains visible in an ever-evolving search landscape.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits using tools like Screaming Frog and DeepCrawl to identify crawl errors, indexability issues, and opportunities for Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute multi-channel SEO strategies that align with business goals, focusing on high-volume keywords and user intent.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure all content is optimized for search engines while maintaining high engagement and readability standards.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in Google Analytics 4 and Search Console. Provide monthly detailed reports on traffic, rankings, and conversion rates to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Lead outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks and build domain authority.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor movements and market trends to stay ahead of the curve and adapt strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO and analytics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. Experience with Google Tag Manager and schema markup is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Results-Driven: A track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
