Role Overview:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy and link building. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of search engine results.
Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site architecture issues.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead the development of high-impact keyword strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring alignment with search intent and SEO best practices.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using Google Analytics 4 and SEMrush.
- Link Building: Execute and manage high-quality link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and organic visibility.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior SEO analysts and provide training on SEO trends and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
- Tools: Proficiency in advanced SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
