Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute SEO Strategy: Build and implement comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals, specifically focusing on preparing our platform for the search landscape of 2026.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct deep-dive audits of site architecture, crawlability, and indexability. Collaborate with engineering to resolve core web vitals issues and enhance site speed.
- Content & Keyword Strategy: Lead the content calendar by identifying high-value, intent-based keywords and partnering with writers to produce authoritative, optimized content.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversion rates) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to inform strategic pivots.
- Link Building & Authority: Execute a white-hat link acquisition strategy to build domain authority and establish Nexus Digital as a thought leader in the industry.
- Competitor Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies and market shifts to proactively adjust our SEO approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant traffic growth for mid-to-large scale websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture. Experience with technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Analytics Expert: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and long-term growth plans.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Passion for staying ahead of algorithm updates and emerging technologies like AI in search.
