Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, including site speed, crawlability, and indexability.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with client business goals and industry trends.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.
- Link Building: Execute high-quality backlink campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports and actionable insights.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-value keyword opportunities and analyze search intent to drive content creation.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a strong plus.
