Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals to increase organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth audits of website architecture, page speed, and crawlability to ensure optimal search engine performance.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-value, high-intent keywords and develop content strategies to target them effectively.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to produce engaging, SEO-optimized copy that resonates with audiences and ranks well.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for market expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced agency or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot technical SEO issues.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
