Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building campaigns.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates (Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain rankings.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to report on traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure technical best practices are implemented during the build process.
- Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures to improve user navigation and distribute page authority.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our SEO strategies cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and analytics.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
