Key Responsibilities:
As the SaaS Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our core product features. Your mission is to bridge the gap between customer needs and engineering execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for our SaaS platform, aligning with business goals and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to prioritize features based on ROI and user value.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze key metrics (Churn, MRR, LTV, CAC) to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Manage the product backlog, write clear user stories, and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to reduce churn and improve retention strategies.
- Present product updates and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B or B2C SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
