Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 high-growth clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare month-end closing reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Process payroll and tax filings for multi-state operations
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and complex intercompany transactions
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and tax season
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- CPA or EA certification preferred
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll and sales tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with 100% accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills for identifying financial trends and anomalies
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship management
