Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial audits and tax compliance
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Maintain and reconcile complex general ledger accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
