Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee tax compliance filings for Oklahoma and Texas entities
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights for business decision-making
- Lead client consultations on accounting best practices and system implementations
- Mentor junior accountants and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and ERP systems
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
