Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Lead audits and tax preparation processes with external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel with advanced functions
- Proven track record in financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
