Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum algorithms tailored for commercial deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to optimize software-hardware integration for error correction.
- Lead code reviews, technical architecture decisions, and mentorship for junior quantum developers.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in quantum computing or quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum software frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or IBM Quantum Experience).
