Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography.
- Collaborate closely with hardware engineering teams to develop error-correcting codes and qubit architectures.
- Conduct rigorous theoretical research and publish findings in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD students, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Translate complex quantum mechanics concepts into practical software solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum technologies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing research or software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Qiskit.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and quantum mechanics.
- Strong track record of academic or industry publications.
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
