Job Description
We are pioneering the next generation of artificial general intelligence, merging classical deep learning with cutting-edge quantum computing to solve the world's most complex problems. We are looking for a visionary Senior Quantum-Neural Systems Architect to join our elite engineering team in San Francisco.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of the 2026 technology stack, designing architectures that are scalable, secure, and exponentially more powerful than traditional silicon-based models. You will work directly with our R&D division to transition theoretical quantum mechanics into production-ready software solutions.
Join us in shaping the future of compute and intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement hybrid quantum-classical neural networks capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Optimize quantum circuitry and algorithms to reduce error rates and improve coherence times in real-time applications.
- Lead the migration of legacy AI models to next-gen quantum frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quantum physicists and software engineers to define system requirements.
- Ensure the security and scalability of our distributed quantum computing infrastructure.
- Conduct research on emerging quantum technologies and evaluate their practical applications in the 2026 landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for quantum software engineering.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, specifically with Python, Rust, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, particularly Deep Neural Networks and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving technical environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
