We are looking for a visionary Senior Quantum Architect to lead our core engineering team. Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable quantum computing architectures and hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- 2026 Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals of the 2026 Initiative into technical roadmaps and actionable engineering tasks.
- System Optimization: Engineer quantum error correction protocols and optimize algorithms for low-latency processing environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of top-tier software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to integrate quantum capabilities into consumer-facing AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) and deep knowledge of Python and C++.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment within aggressive timelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
