Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms tailored for machine learning tasks, aiming for quantum advantage by 2026.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to optimize software performance on superconducting qubit processors.
- Conduct rigorous research and publish findings in top-tier academic journals and conferences.
- Lead mentorship sessions for junior researchers and graduate students.
- Translate complex quantum physics concepts into scalable software architectures.
- Predict emerging trends in quantum computing and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing or AI research.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects from conception to prototype.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
