Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Infrastructure: Design and implement the core quantum-algorithmic framework for The 2026 Program.
- Lead Research & Development: Pioneer new techniques in quantum-enhanced machine learning and predictive analytics.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum processing units (QPUs) with traditional cloud infrastructure seamlessly.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency on next-gen hardware.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Algorithm Design: Strong background in linear algebra, statistics, and graph theory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical teams.
