Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and optimize quantum circuit models for solving complex optimization problems in real-time.
- Hybrid Model Integration: Develop hybrid classical-quantum neural networks that leverage the best of both worlds.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in scalability and security.
- Performance Tuning: Analyze system bottlenecks and optimize inference speeds for large-scale language models.
- R&D Strategy: Collaborate with researchers to define the roadmap for our AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics or AI.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years specifically working with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
