Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technology roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, focusing on neural network optimization and quantum error correction.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exascale data processing in real-time environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
