Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for AI model training and inference.
- Lead the architectural strategy for hybrid quantum-classical systems within Project 2026.
- Optimize quantum circuit performance to reduce error rates and increase computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to interface quantum processors with cloud infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and mentor a team of high-potential researchers and engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or systems architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
