Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-ML Solutions: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that optimize complex data processing pipelines.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on error correction, quantum gate synthesis, and neural network integration.
- Prototype Development: Build scalable proof-of-concept models using industry-standard quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, security experts, and product managers to align technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with specific expertise in deep learning frameworks.
- Quantum Proficiency: Hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Google Cirq) and quantum algorithm development.
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
