Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to enhance machine learning models.
- Lead the R&D strategy for quantum integration within our core product suite.
- Optimize neural networks for quantum processors and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for emerging tech stacks.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits on new systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks).
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing languages.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and edge computing.
