Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Workflows: Design scalable, secure quantum algorithms tailored for complex data processing and optimization problems.
- AI-Quantum Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of Artificial Intelligence models with emerging quantum hardware infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and researchers to push the boundaries of innovation and code quality.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the company's quantum initiatives and AI-driven products.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical bottlenecks, system vulnerabilities, and performance issues before they impact production.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in advanced software architecture, with 3+ years specifically focused on AI or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, multi-variable problems in high-pressure, innovative environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for technical documentation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
