Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Initiative from conception through execution, defining the vision, scope, and success metrics.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design, to ensure seamless delivery of roadmap milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex project landscapes to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic plans to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Drive the adoption of Agile and Lean methodologies to maximize team velocity and product quality.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Management within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, multi-year strategic initiatives (e.g., product launches, system overhauls).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
- Experience with AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud Infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
