- Define the 2026 Strategic Horizon: Lead the creation of a comprehensive 5-year product roadmap, identifying key trends and opportunities that define the 2026 landscape.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to position Nexus Future Labs as the market leader.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive teams to translate strategic vision into executable product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization and securing buy-in for long-term initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead internal innovation labs and hackathons focused on solving problems for the 2026 timeframe.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and guide resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Business Development with a proven track record of leading high-impact product launches.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in the 2026 market environment.
