Responsibilities
- Define & Execute Roadmap: Own the product roadmap for Gen Alpha-centric features, prioritizing high-impact initiatives that resonate with the target demographic.
- Generational Research: Conduct deep-dive research into generational trends, behavioral patterns, and digital consumption habits to inform product decisions.
- UX Collaboration: Partner with UX designers to create immersive, gamified, and accessible user experiences that drive retention and engagement.
- Agile Leadership: Lead cross-functional agile squads, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback loops to continuously iterate and improve product performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex product strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership and investors, securing buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the technology sector, with a focus on consumer-facing applications.
- Generational Insight: Deep understanding of Gen Z and Gen Alpha psychology, digital behaviors, and emerging technology trends.
- Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, APIs, and technical feasibility alongside business acumen.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
