Responsibilities
- Spearhead the end-to-end design lifecycle for complex web and mobile applications.
- Define and evolve the company's comprehensive design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, including interviews and usability testing, to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Mentor junior designers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders to drive product vision alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing products from concept to launch.
- Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a blend of aesthetic excellence and user-centric problem solving.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design principles.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
