Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments with precision
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and state payroll regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent ERP system expertise
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations (FL, GA, NC)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Proven attention to detail with zero-error processing history
- Experience with HRIS integrations and time tracking systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality
