Responsibilities
- Process complex multi-state payroll for 500+ employees across 15 jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including Form 941, 940, and state-specific filings
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll inquiries with precision
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration in ADP Enterprise
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with HRIS and tax specialists for system integrations
- Prepare year-end reports (W-2, 1099) and support external audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced certification through APA (CPP) or equivalent
- Expertise in ADP Enterprise Workforce Now platform
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state labor laws
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and PivotTable functions
- Experience with automated timekeeping systems and biometric integration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of zero-compliance violations in previous roles
