Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Lead quarterly/yearly payroll audits and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements using Excel and ERP systems
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping systems and employee inquiries
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state-specific payroll laws
- Proven track record in payroll audit and compliance management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
