Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP and SAP systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end reporting
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll integrations
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax filings (941, 940, W-2)
- Lead payroll process improvements and system upgrades
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Enterprise or SAP HCM
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
