Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and compliance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance
- Develop payroll reports for executive stakeholders
- Mentor payroll team members and cross-functional partners
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Experience with HRIS integrations and API workflows
- Proven track record of improving payroll accuracy to 99.9%
