Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Lead system upgrades and process optimization initiatives
- Prepare payroll reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll experience with multi-state processing
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Expertise in FLSA compliance and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- PHR or CPP certification a strong plus
- Experience with 401(k) administration
