Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FL, CA, NY)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll transitions
- Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and HRIS systems
- FL payroll tax law and FLSA compliance expertise
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
