Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations (W-2s, 1099s)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with 100% accuracy
- Implement payroll process improvements using data analytics
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefits integration
- Stay current on FLSA, FL labor laws, and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years payroll experience
- ADP certification and multi-state payroll expertise required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll software proficiency
- Proven compliance knowledge (FL, federal, multi-state)
- Excellent problem-solving with 0 critical error tolerance
- CPP certification preferred
