Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, Maryland wage laws)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for executive leadership and audit purposes
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related initiatives
- Lead system upgrades and process improvements for payroll operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential data with discretion
