Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Process garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with precision
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Prepare and submit quarterly/yearly tax filings and year-end reports (W-2, 1099)
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding compensation workflows
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
