Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees including garnishments, bonuses, and tax filings
- Administer benefits enrollments, 401(k) contributions, and year-end reconciliations
- Conduct quarterly audits and implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now
- Collaborate with HR on FMLA, PTO, and compensation policy implementations
- Lead payroll system conversions and integration projects
- Prepare management reports and analytics for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years in multi-state payroll processing with ADP/Workday expertise
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven experience with DOL and IRS compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
