Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile payroll discrepancies with precision
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax filings quarterly
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end W-2 processing
- Implement payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Support HR with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP payroll systems and QuickBooks
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma labor laws
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
