Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support HR with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
- Implement payroll process improvements using Excel and QuickBooks
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and Arizona state regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Deep understanding of federal/state tax regulations
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
