Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Implement payroll process improvements using Excel and BI tools
- Train HR staff on payroll procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification a major plus
